Orders & pricing
Product descriptions, prices, availability, and promotions may change without prior notice. We may reject or cancel orders affected by pricing mistakes, stock limitations, shipping restrictions, or fraud checks. Any canceled order is refunded to the original payment method. All prices are shown in USD.
Custom and personalized items
Many products are made to order or customized. You are responsible for submitting accurate customization details. Personalized items may have limited cancellation and return options once production starts.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount displayed at checkout, including shipping and applicable taxes.
Shipping and delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary by carrier, weather, or operational factors. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier delivery.
Intellectual property
All site content, brand assets, product photos, and design elements are owned by Nuvem Doce or licensed to us and may not be copied, resold, or reused without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nuvem Doce is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to use of this site or purchased products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
