Returns & refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how replacements, returns, and refunds work.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Change of mind
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Return requests outside damaged/incorrect items may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. If exceptionally approved, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the error is ours.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and may take 5–10 business days after approval.
How to start a return
Email the address on our Contact page with your order ID (available in My orders when you are signed in).
